Job Summary:

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in managing social media content as well as take the lead in responding to patient reviews through several platforms. You will collaborate closely with other departments in an effort to announce our most recent updates to our patients and staff.

Essential Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contribute to website design, announcement memos, and email blasts
• Monitor and post on blogs, forums, and social networks.
• Assist with online outreach and promotion using Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more.
• Optimize website and social media.
• An eye for design is key.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Proven experience in managing multiple projects within a network environment.
• High level of PC literacy, including intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office software, such as MS Word, and Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, prioritization, service orientation and outstanding interpersonal skills are essential.
• Must be self-starter and able to work independently as well as within a team environment.
• Must be well-organized and flexible to handle multiple tasks and learn job responsibilities efficiently and quickly.

Desired Qualifications:

• Three years of related work experience, preferably in healthcare.

We are seeking an Emergency Medical Technician to join our team. As the EMT, you will travel to support our private clients to administer COVID Tests. You will also assist with the administration of PCR tests and COVID questionnaires. Candidates must have reliable transportation.

Essential Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete COVID questionnaires / data entry in EMR System
• Perform PCR test administration
• Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.)
• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients
• Expand knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops, conferences etc.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Proven experience as an EMT
• Excellent knowledge of emergency care
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to always follow them
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible and compassionate

• Schedule and coordinate appointments
• Interview patients for case histories and key information prior to appointments
• Check patients in
• Operate computer software
• Transfer lab results
• Maintain supplies and appearance of onsite location
• Help onsite (you will not perform any tests, but are required to assist where required based on immediate need)
• Maintain the utmost professionalism with all patients and patient information by remaining compliant with OSHA regulations

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Valid Medical Assistant or Vocational Nurse licence
• Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
• Web and tech savvy
• Must be self-starter and able to work independently as well as within a team environment.
• Must be well-organized and flexible to handle multiple tasks and learn job responsibilities efficiently and quickly.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. As the RN, you will oversee our COVID Vaccination sites. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality and storage of vaccinations. You will oversee staff who are administering the vaccines at the site. Should your clinic response be needed, you will be asked to support patients who may be experiencing symptoms or allergic reactions of the vaccines.

• Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
• Collaborate with Nursing team s to devise individualized care plans for patients
• Perform vaccine administration
