Job Summary:

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in managing social media content as well as take the lead in responding to patient reviews through several platforms. You will collaborate closely with other departments in an effort to announce our most recent updates to our patients and staff.

Essential Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to website design, announcement memos, and email blasts
  • Monitor and post on blogs, forums, and social networks.
  • Assist with online outreach and promotion using Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more.
  • Optimize website and social media.
  • An eye for design is key.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects within a network environment.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, prioritization, service orientation and outstanding interpersonal skills are essential.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality and storage of vaccinations. You will oversee staff who are administering the vaccines at the site. Should your clinic response be needed, you will be asked to support patients who may be experiencing symptoms or allergic reactions of the vaccines.
